Everything! This place is by far my go to place in Lisbon! I just love coming back, from the excellent service by all staff members to every lovely detail in the hotel, just perfect! The spa is one of my fav followed by the rooftop terrace and of course the rooms are just lovely 🥰

It is a lovely hotel, very centrally located near Rossio metro. The staff are so friendly and professional. We loved the treats that they provided us with during our stay. The bedding is superb and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower.The breakfast is of high quality and the hotel is very good value all things considered.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished, very clean, with plenty of storage space. A good breakfast in a very pleasant setting. The hotel is in ideal location, right in the city center. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Definitely one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in.

Super clean room, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I joined a tour to Sintra through the hotel and I liked that fact that the staff would check up on me whether the tour was good after the event. This is heart warming! The hotel also provided free egg tart and small bottles of wine as a welcoming gift! Free water is provided during the whole stay.
