I liked everything! The hotel is beautiful, it's very well located, and the people at reception are outstanding. To add some details for those thinking about making a decision: >> The rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable. Bathroom has all the amenities you would need (expect toothbrush and toothpaste), mini-bar is complementary / free and offers water, soft drinks and beer, the room itself has a place to work (if you need to) and a good bed and pillows. >> The location could not be best. It's right in the heart of Lisbon so you are within walking distance of the main attractions. It is also 1.5 blocks away from the train station so you can take a trip to other key destinations within Portugal. >> The breakfast is good as well. In my case it was not included on the room fee, so I had to pay 15 euros if I wanted it. It had different options of beverages, pastries, fruit, juices, cheese, etc. >> The reception has complementary beverages that you can grab at any time and take to your room or take to go (including coffee, cappuccino, tee, bottled water, juices, etc.) >> The people at the reception are extraordinary. They were waiting for me with a map of the city, the recommended attractions per neighborhood, places to eat, etc. They were also extremely helpful with everything I needed during my stay and were ready to support my transfer to the airport if needed.
