Everything! Perfectly located in the cool, tree filled Avenida da liberdade, an easy walk to many of the attractions and with all kinds of transport nearby if needed. A big, comfortable room with great attention to detail. Not modern, but it had everything we needed including a comfy bed and black out shutters. The staff are fantastic- nothing was too much trouble. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is an old property. We got in late in the night and on the first impression thought that the hotel was dated. The next morning everything changed for the good. The room was very good, the staff was superb and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff at breakfast was just toooooo good. We used parking facility and were lucky to get a parking spot right in the front of the door. The hotel location is too good and close to shopping, restaurants and all sightseeing.

Our rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The hotel's location was also a highlight, making it easy and pleasant to explore Lisbon. Breakfast was varied and delicious — the perfect way to start each day! We also used the room service a few times and were very pleased with the quality and promptness of the service.

Best hotel in Lisbon, best location, best staff and best everything. The architect who tailored this lovely building into a city-centre holtel is an absolute genius. The rooms are spacious, views are awesome, the pool at the first floor is a quiet, peaceful area. The rooms are impeccably clean and the breakfast catered for all dietary requirements.
Definitely want to come back.
