Everything at this hostel is perfect. It all makes sense. Breakfast is offered every morning and is of good quality and quantity. Fresh bread and pancakes are amazing. The staff is super helpful. Luggage is free of charge on the checkout day in a separate and designated locked room. Showers and toilets are shared and are spread on the floor. I always managed to find one available whenever needed. Earplugs are stocked at reception for a small fee. The staff is accommodating and welcoming. They explain to you all the whereabouts and plenty of activities in the hostel if you come with no plan. I cannot recommend this hostel enough. Wifi connection is solid. The cabinet under lock and key with your keypad and light + fan is available. The curtain is available with every bunk bed and is great for some privacy. The locker is big enough for a 40ltrs backpack. Plenty of hanging space in the room, AC, and window available. The locker does not need a keypad but 1eur to reuse during your stay. I felt very secure at the hostel because is granted only to key holders. A welcome drink ginginja upon arrival. The location is central only 5min away from the main metro station and bus hub. Check-in and check-out time are very reasonable.

The location was very good. It was a 10 minute walk to the old center (there are no good hotels there) and in fornt of the hotel was the metro that took you there in 1 minute. The staff was more then friendly. Welcome drink, chocolates in the room. Pastry and port in the room as a welcome. The breakfast was perfect (bubbles included for who likes it in the morning).

The location was perfect! There were plenty of great places around for breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day — it was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Getting around was very easy. We had rented a car, so the availability of indoor parking was a big plus for us. We were very satisfied with our stay — it was truly a wonderful experience.

We return to very few hotels but this is one that we cannot wait to get back to.
The location is perfect for wandering around the delights of Lisbon. The kiosk is perfect for coffee or cocktails and a chat. The room was comfortable and quiet ... make sure to get a garden view.
The breakfast room was light, and tastefully decorated, with a well presented buffet. The staff were excellent and engaging.
We had a lovely stay.
