I could right a novelle of this place, but I´ll try to be short: It is the very best hotel I´ve stayed in in whole my life, 98 countries visited. Of course it´s subjective, and you can find a lot of hard-luxury ones, but if: You are not into big resorts You are not into too (I mean WAY TOO) fancy and luxurious places If you ARE into relaxing, calm, discreet, stylish, neatly designed small boutique hotels with a GREAT restaurants for the dinner and the best breakfasts you can imagine; If you are into the places where you feel the staff to be your friends, not servants; If the view from your room´s window is importnat for you; If you like little (or not so little) surprises :) Then this is the place I can recommend the most. I´ve been to hundreds different hotels, but this is the palce we will be dreaming of. Go and get this experience yourself.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities including indoor pool and spa. Fabulous service from all staff we met. Dinner in the restaurant was a highlight especially the green rice, onion tart and sirloin steak. River view rooms are worth the extra outlay.

Stunning apartment with large open plan living area. Bedroom was very comfortable. Although right on the riverfront there was no disturbance from traffic noise. Well appointed with two bedrooms and two shower rooms all to a high standard. Secure car park.

Close to everything!! So clean and beautifully appointed and styled. Exceeded my expectations and very good value for money! I now have my aunt changing her booking to this apartment for her upcoming stay because of my recommendation

Good location, just a short walk to most places. The staff was very nice. We came after the reception closed (15:00), but it was no problem to enter our room. Very good description, even I managed that.

Casa do Arquiteto is truly an amazing place, it exceeded my expectations. Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated room, a pleasure to look at. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere of the whole place has a charming vibe. My only regret is staying only one night. I want to come back <3

Beautiful quiet setting within easy reach of local sights and the river. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly.
