First time at W Doha. Was pleasantly surprised by receptionist Malek upgrading us to the cool corner suite. All staff that we passed by were helpful and had a cheerful greeting which made us feel very comfortable. The room itself was beyond amazing and truly cozy with all amenities that would be expected of a Marriott property. Loved the fact that a vertical steamer was available in the room. Housekeeping staff were very prompt in asking for any refills or cleaning needed etc needed which was much appreciated.

Our three bedroom apartment was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a wide variety. The pool and gym were great with friendly staff. The hotel has direct access to City Center Mall which was a great advantage for shopping and children activities.

The hotel is very nice, very good facilities. The breakfast was excellent with very large selection of food to cater for every taste. However, I would like to specifically mention the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The concierge team - Jeff and Charles were very helpful and arranged everything we asked for. And Ritchel from the front desk was very helpful as well. Excellent work!
