The staff were phenomenal- special shout out to Alamgir, Hamidul, Mohasin from the butler and food services, Rahma and Bourhan from the breakfast dining hall place for their impeccable services, and for taking care of our every need. They truly were exceptional. Loved the vibe and music at Sax whilst the food at Novikov was excellent. The room was big and spacious and the bed heavenly! Lovely Christmas tree and decor too.

The stay and staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic. The checking in and out process was seamless. The pool and jacuzzi provide comfort in the heat. Kudos to Cynthia, Abed and the other staff (can't remember the names ) for being so helpful on our first day.
