Spectacular building, facilities, breakfast and staff. Absolutely stunning architecture and design in a pre-war bank and with helpful, charming staff. Staff were helpful in arranging same-night dinner bookings and spa treatments. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had the pleasure of enjoying. Very modern flat, used a door lock combination which was given on the day of arrival. Flat has two huge Smart TVs, button operated window blinds, which block all light when fully closed, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with digital temperature display shower and a Japanese toilet, floor heating (didn't try as it was hot during our stay) and ACs in each room. Safe and iron also available in the wardrobe. Bed and sofa were really comfortable and the customer service is available 24/7 via the Booking.com chat. They also offered a full guide on places to visit, transportation methods and other tips to make your trip easier. Location is amazing, right by the river, 5 minutes away from the Old Town.

Location, self checkin, apartment itself was completely new, smelled really nice, looked exactly like on the pictures, i loved towels and bedsheets with property logo and the most wonderful was the host Beatrice and all her staff. Extremely helpful, caring, she gave us lots of tips for restaurants, sighseeing and nightlife, she was interested if we are ok and dont need anything during our stay. I have never experienced such a nice service and hospitality. Apartment was cleaned every day, refilled with coffee and water.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and within walking distance of good restaurants, city center, bus and metro station. It was very quiet, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner was extremely helpful and advised us on transport for our family to the bus station the next day. I made the booking on very short notice after previous accommodation didn't work out and he responded immediately.
