We were very satisfied with our stay. They were very helpful, the check-in instructions were very clear, and the location was central. The room was very clean and the design was nice. Our child has cancer, so hygiene was extremely important for us, and they paid great attention to this and helped us a lot. Once our son recovers, we would love to stay here again with joy.

Everything was amazing. -First of all, the staff was super friendly, helpful, caring, and amiable. My husband forgot his cellphone (in the end we discovered it was in the pharmacy he went later on), so we called the hotel to ask if he forgot it in the room. They went on and beyond to find it, even checked the room, and wrote to me to ask if we have found it or not. We are forever grateful. -The cleanliness was stunning. Bathroom, bedsheets, floor, everything was super clean and cared for. -The location is amazing. Super close to the metro, with pharmacies, supermarket close by. The subway to the old town city center is only away 2 metro stops (15 mins) -Wifi worked perfectly fine! -Rooms were heated, which was great for the cold winter days. -Comfortable beds! -Great value for the money! I can only recommend. If I could put 100 points. A great place to stay!
