The apartment is very spacious with lots of chairs and couch to rest on. There is a balcony too which provides a great view of the neighborhood. There is a great and inexpensive canteen right downstairs from the apartment where people working in the neighborhood buildings have lunch. There is also a supermarket right downstairs for food and supplies. Across the street are a couple of small pastry stalls and a coffee stall. All in all it is a highly efficient neighborhood and everything is at your fingertips. It’s ideally located and just 300 m away from PACII metro station. The reception staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The building is located in an industrial park and has a youthful and vibrant vibe.

The apartments were clean and new, the host was friendly and polite. The bed was comfortable and blackout curtains make your sleep very well. The room was equipt with iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, and vacuum cleaner which really surprised me.

A very spacious, warm apartment in a quiet area. Clean and with a very well-equipped modern kitchen for longer stays or for those who prefer to cook. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the second bathroom is in the common space of the other bedroom and the living room. The beds with comfortable mattresses gave us a restful sleep. The showers have excellent pressure. We were 3 adults, but the apartment can easily accommodate 2 families with up to 1 kid each/ or 1 adult. We didn't cook. A few minutes' walk away are delicious options - an Italian restaurant, a burger joint, pretzel shop/patisserie, canteen with a hot line, snack bar, Indian food, confectionery, supermarket. For tourists, the location is right next to the Botanical Garden, very close to the central area and tourist attractions, by taxi or public transport.

Host was responsive, excellent communication. Provided everything that we needed. We ran into some problems while on our trip, but the host was accommodating and took a huge load off of our shoulders by providing accommodation for us. She allowed us to rent one of her other properties in the same complex. Apartments were very nice, clean, bright, modern, private parking and excellent location. Very thankful to her!

The location was nice and quiet as before with a store located nearby which was very convenient. This was my second visit and the host even arranged a request for me, very helpfull and much appreciated. I will be returning to this place on my next visit, that's how much i like it.
