Excellent option for staying for about week with family. Good location (20 minutes walk to Kalemegdan), parking place, stunning view. Nearby there is Gallery (shopping mall) with a set of great restaurants (where you can find non-smoking zone which is pretty rear for Belgrade). The owners are always online and could solve any of your problem concerning the apartment (for example, broken window or extra cleaning). The whole district is under construction, but there will not be any noise, which will disturb you (probably only the noise of the train from the bridge, but it is pretty far and personally we didn’t suffer from it during sleeping). To live in this new district under construction could be a challenge, but to stay here for about a week should be magnificent experience (especially with kids, as the kitchen is very useful and well equipped). The sunset from the balcony is absolutely wonderful, as well as the promenade along the river.

We had a wonderful experience!The apartment was new, very clean, with a full kitchen supply. Also there was a parking lot in the safety garage .The location is great, near by the promenade and to the mall. I am highly reccomending to you this accomodation

The facility is new with proper comfortable furniture inside. The location is top notch, we were able to travel almost all parts of the "viewable" city by walk. Though, we haven't used the bus terminal and tram stations are located within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. It is within 15 minutes of walk to USCE concert area, which is nice since we were there for Rammstein. The view of the balcony was top notch, and we had a great time watching the city there. The communications with the host were stellar, the host answered all my questions before and during our stay.

He was constantly in communication with me to ask if everything was okay, if I needed anything and so. The apartment is in a very good location in the Avtokomanda neighborhood. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pizzerias, shops, pharmacies, bus station. Perfect.
