Excellent prompt communication with the hotel staff led to a very pleasant stay at a great location right by the National Museum. Unfortunately the museum was closed on Monday when I was going to visit it so perhaps the next time. I did not pay for breakfast ahead of time planning to look around for a cozy bakery nearby instead but after having taken a morning stroll and not having found anything better I came back to the hotel for breakfast and paid for it right there. Among other things the room had an electric kettle and a nice coffee machine, a bottle of water was also provided so I had what I needed for tea, coffee and just pure hydration. The shower is very nice featuring a large rain shower head with generous soft water flow and a handheld shower head.

Staff was amazing. Everyone is super friendly and everyone speaks English. It is right on Knez Mihajlova. Very easy to walk everywhere. Food at the restaurant is delicious. Roof top patio has great views.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Originally booked to arrive as a family, but last minute our plans changed to just the two of us staying and staff accommodated it without a problem. The apartment was great, the jacuzzi was the perfect touch, and the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay! It felt amazing to take a little time for ourselves and remember what it was like when it was just the two of us and dating. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and ready to return—hopefully with the little one next time since they kindly provide a baby cradle for the room as well!
