You enter into the hotel and will forget that you are in a hotel. The stuff from the check-in to that in the breakfast restaurant take their time to make sure that you are heard. There was no issue with the language as everyone was speaking perfect English. The night shift staff at the check-in time Mr. Anmar, Omer and Faysal were the best. Amin Rahman at the breakfast restaurant was doing excellent Job. The variety of food for the breakfast is simply the best.
We really liked the room and the pillows were too good to forget the tiredness you get from performing Umrah and simply fell asleep. There is a dedicated mosque for male and female with direct sound from the Haram.

The hotel was great—perfect location! The only thing to note is that taxis can’t drop you off right at the door because it’s in a very central area where cars aren’t allowed. But overall, a fantastic experience!

My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, not far from Masjid Al Haram and the hotel area is full of many shops and restaurants. All the staffs are very friendly, especially all the cleaning staffs, they always ask with a smile if we want our room cleaned or if we need any help.
