The staf was very helpful, especially Yasser. He helped us with high quality service. It’s very clean rooms. The location is very nice, nearby good restaurants and when you need to go to the Haram, the taxi price is very cheap 15 SR and within 7 minutes you are at the Haram.

We have spent 11 days here and it truly felt like home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The location is also perfect—very close to hotels free government buses to the Haram made access extremely easy. It's a convenient spot for getting around Makkah. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the holy city.

Shuttle service is good and the rooms for the price are very comfortable. There's a mosque next to the hotel if someone wants to pray.
My recommendation is to book earlier and even though the staff can speak fine English, the bus drivers only speak arabic so keep in mind.
Also, one feedback to improve the service: Message the guests on WhatsApp/booking.com about how to reach the hotel via shuttle for the first time and the approximate location of the shuttle.

It was very good looking and modern. U got a Shuttle for Haram. Everything was really good. The personal was very friendly and helped with problems. I would always choose them again. They even called me 2 days after checkout, that i forgot 60 Riyal in my room. SubhanAllah, thank u very much.
