Despite the negative reviews, I decided to book this hotel since I had no other options nearby. My plan was to stay for a couple of nights and spend the day outside. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful hotel staff. They upgraded my room for free due to some construction work outside the building. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Another advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the train station, which means that the city centre is only 10-15 minutes away. Additionally, they offer a coffee machine with free coffee and snacks for the ultimate Swedish fika experience.

The food is excellent, well presented and served with an excellent flight of wines to savor. I've have stayed hear 3 times in 12 months, each time in a different room and in all cases they were stylish, clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. Great Service by all staff members.
