10/10. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The provided a steamer for the clothes, hair dryer, ear plugs, toothpaste and toothbrushes kits, bath robes and even a mini cocktail bar. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, that sitting on them after a long day felt like a hug. Definitely the best hotel I've ever been to. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage in their storing room before check in and after check out, so we wouldn't have to carry them around in the city until our flight.

Clean, warm, and nice location. Shared bathroom was clean with plenty of stalls for the amount people on the boat (seemed full but no issues). Breakfast was excellent and great value (110 SEK).
Good communication despite late and last minute check-in (arrived at 11:30pm and got the keys for a boat approx. 1 min away).

I loved the room, they are comfortable, newly furnished and the bathroom was very clean. Heat inside the room was definitely balanced, not too hot and not too cold. It was good that there was a kettle, tea, coffee, wine and a minibar, as well as a tv right across the bed. Also the hotel is right at the corner of a train station - super easy transportation to hotel. I am definitely selecting this hotel at my next visit.
