The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my first time in a capsule hotel and I was very impressed. The room was quiet, with blackout blinds so no one else’s lights bothered me. Other guests were very respectful and I had excellent sleeps.
All areas (dorms, bathrooms, common areas and the terrace) were exceptionally clean.
The digital lock security (on dorms, lockers and entry) was so easy to use and I felt safe at all times.
The location and cleanliness reviews determined my choice and I was not disappointed.
The hot drinks machine, and cold filtered water were much appreciated. As was the choice of small pastries/muffins to start the day.
Leaving luggage after checkout was a bonus. It was tagged and put in a locked room.
Thank you to the very helpful reception staff, nothing was a problem.
I would recommend taking the Green line back to the airport, as it definitely gave me a chance to see some of suburbia Singapore, and was probably quicker than the Blue Line!

Loved the location of the hotel. Very close to the best areas of Singapore (restaurants, bars, cafés, etc.). Cleanliness was superb. Staff was amazing too. They helped me with an adapter for my phone charger.

At first I was concerned for not getting the bottom bunk due to availability but upon check in they provided it for me. Female room was very convenient since shower/toilets are inside the room; never had to queue. The staff made sure the room (capsule, bed, floor, bathroom) are cleaned thoroughly during the day. Love the big window where you can sit in the common room/ kitchen and people-watch the riverside without actually being out there. For more eating places, go to clark quay central or further to chinatown point, or the rows of street behind the hotel. Nearest MRT is Raffles Place, just follow the UOB head office and the boat quay is just right after.
