Our stay was fantastic! We have got a free room upgrade which was great. Hotel is located in a quiet area of Singapore, easy reachable by metro + 7 min on foot. Room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful with our issue regarding lost suitcase at the airport. Complimentary minibar and infinity rooftop pool were absolutely amazing!

It was my second consecutive stay here at Andaz on my visits to Singapore. Everything was perfect with no public facility renovation this time. Front officer treated us well and they let us check into our room since noon. Rooms were clean and tidy with nice view. The room design is very practical as well as stylish. Gym is excellent and the housekeeper there was very attentive.

The staff was very friendly, helping us with directions to the venue of the conference we were attending, as well as how to get to the metro, the airport and the tourist spots. We also appreciate the daily replenishment of our minibar. The cookies and snacks in the lobby beside the elevator are also a bonus. We will definitely stay at Hotel Nuve again next year.

As far as budget accommodation goes this one is pretty good. I will stay here again next time I'm in Singapore.

The location and proximity to Suntec City, the subway station and Bugis Junction was great. The staff were also so kind and helpful. The paid laundry service was super convenient. The coffee place outside was super tasty and a good start to the day. There's also about 5 7 Eleven stores within 200m from the hotel so it was always easy to pick up snacks or odds and ends.
