I was here for work. I have to say that the location is great if you need to reach Nanyang University. It's very close to the metro line which connects also the center and the airport. The hotel is great and has everything you need. Really enjoyed the cleaning (thanks Lun), and the kindness and the preparation of the staff!

I love it. Even though I arrived way earlier than the check in time, the reception still checked us in and give us a room to rest and relax after our early flight. I love how the staff was able to come up with a solution quickly when the room type we initially booked for was not available. The room was spacious enough for two and it has everything one would expect a decent hotel room to have. Additionally, my friend was very please with the hotel's gym facility. I myself am impressed with how the MRT station is right in front of the hotel, making transportation seamless and easy. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and quiet and also exceptional.

We loved our stay here. The room was fantastic with a beautiful view out over the reservoir and we enjoyed being able to have the room open to the outside. The breakfast buffet and in-room dining were both great. Staff were all super friendly and helpful and we were able to use a shower after check out before heading to the airport, which was much needed!

Exceptional! Hotel’s location (surrounded by a shopping mall and many dining facilities), room’s view, cleaning, rich and tasty breakfast, beach bar and an infinity swimming pool. The most important for us was an excellent room’s arrangement (including cakes) for kid’s birthday celebration at our initial request, which was really appreciated! Their extremely kind personnel (would only mention Sufri - a front desk manager, but all others were very good too). Will definitely return there at any further opportunity!
