The staff was great. Breakfast buffet was wholesome. I really loved their spread. Joe and Elina at The Applause restaurant were always so cheerful and warm, no matter how busy the place got for end of year celebrations.

Very nice clean hotel in good location.

A very good value for money, a good selection at breakfast, including hot dishes. The rooms are a bit small, as is typical for Singapore, but very clean. Right outside the hotel door is a bus stop, with buses seemingly running every two minutes to the next MRT station just two stops away, making it easy to explore Singapore from there.

The location is good, lots of food choices nearby. There are also alot of other accomodations nearby so there's a big chance to run into a fellow tourist from your country. There's a supermarket nearby so you can get food products to microwave or boil in the hotel pantry. I was staying for a couple of weeks, so the staff gave me a bigger room which was a great touch.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and caring. The chef and dining staff are efficient and friendly. I did not want to leave a place where I felt so at home. The space is elegant and I would recommend getting the breakfast which is delicious.
