The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided . Despite being far from most tourist spots, there was a bus stop literally a few walks from the hotel. SG transpo system is very efficient, so you won't have to worry too much about getting places. The room we got had no windows, but it was cozy and good enough place to sleep after a long, tiring day. There was also a hawker center near the hotel since it is situated in a residential area.
