The hotel in itself was stunning, and had a really excellent location. Christmas decorations adorned the common areas and added charm to the general feel and ambiance. The staff were always warm, attentive, kind and so eager to be of service. We felt looked after and it was definitely a pleasurable stay.

The staff were amazing. I was unfortunate to be admitted to ICU on the final morning of our stay, the hotel could not have been more supportive and accommodating. My partner was on her own for 10 days whilst I was in hospital and the staff looked after her exceptionally well. She was able to stay in the same room and the manager and their team was very helpful.
THANK YOU.
The Executive Club gave her the ability to be flexible.
The room was excellent with lovely views over city.
