It was an incredibly relaxing place, and the club lounge never failed to impress. The room was upgraded, the female staff learning Japanese is supportive and all staff had wonderful smiles, making it an unforgettable honeymoon trip. Truly grateful. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre! The breakfast was great, and the pool was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was perfect for working during my stay.
My airline lost my luggage, which was quite stressful, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me out and took care of everything. Their support made all the difference.
Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and work stays!

Location was perfect, near Chinatown, 3 MRTs and heaps of bars and restaurants. Rooftop pool was perfect temperature with fantastic views. Room facilities were great, fab shower, amazing view from the large window over Chinatown. Staff surprised me with birthday treats and wine which was a very delightful surprise.

No breakfast on site, but there are plenty of breakfast options just around the corner. The location is perfectly balanced between two MRT stations, with a food court connected to one of them (Maxwell). Easy to find, easy to get around, and overall a very pleasant stay.
Rooms are compact but functional, which is fine for a city stay in Singapore as they are also clean and well maintained. A good base for exploring the city, especially if you plan to use public transport a lot
