The room was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and stylish, with lots of mirrors and a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom.
Most of all I liked the employees of the hotel. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to answer all questions.
I had several requests prior to arrival. And all of them were fulfilled.
And on my last night, I returned to the room to find a beautiful dessert provided as a good bye gift by the hotel. I was very impressed. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt. It was a memorable (give us a surprise with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary) and extremely wonderful stay with good location near to shopping mall, Centralworld, Siam paragon and big C. What’s more the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will go back to Hyatt for our next trip to Bangkok. (21nov-24nov’2024)

Location was just 2 steps away from BTS, quiet but also lively environment with lot’s of café/ restaurants european style, 7 eleven and atm at 10m. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the room a lot, they had space for your suitcase and hangers for clothes and towels, champoo and shower soap, wifi worked excellent. Come definetly back, my number 1 hotel price/ value in BKK

The breakfast is absolutely worldclass with a really good meny for both food and beverage. Coffee was exceptional by Thai standrads, service excellent.
Location is a bit so so , but he BUILDING!!! amazing architecture. all the small fringes trhat came with the balcony suite were also much appreciated. I had high expectation safter a stay at The Standard in NY many years ago and they were all met, apart from some lack of flexibility when we arrived very early from the airport and were not pffered a room while waiting for the suite.
