In brief: I love Lancester Bangkok❤️ I have been to many hotels and this is one of the best.
Few things:
-location
-clean everywhere
-good bed
-not too loud air conditioning
-nice pool area
-very good sauna section
-The Club Lancester lounge in 18th floor
And the most important thing: staff. Everybody was nice, polite and helpful. Especially: Sutat, you are a good man. And special thanks to Guitar for your help. You are polite, kind and always smiling.
Next time I'm in Bangkok, I'll definitely stay at Lancaster Bangkok.
