Very nice hotel with excellent staff! We booked the club room which came with club benefits and they were absolutely worth the money. Free resfreshments day time and after 6 pm free alcohol drinks. Pool area was nice and clean, many places in the shade also. Nice surprise was after hour at the pool. Food at the poolside was also very nice, we ordered a pizza. Club room was on the highest floor with beautiful scenery, everything in the room was spotless.

I loved that they have small thoughtful gifts and things to make the guest experience more enjoyable e.g. bottomless tea/coffee/chocolate and bread at the reception, free snacks and soda in your room... Small things but they left a lasting impression on my kids and to them, it was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. It is also close to nice food joints so we had good options on where to eat. I also likes that they do Landry at a very minimal fee or you can do your own laundry for even cheaper at their laundromat.
