The room was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and stylish, with lots of mirrors and a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Most of all I liked the employees of the hotel. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to answer all questions. I had several requests prior to arrival. And all of them were fulfilled. And on my last night, I returned to the room to find a beautiful dessert provided as a good bye gift by the hotel. I was very impressed. Thank you.

Really nice place. Great breakfasts, spacious rooms with most of the things that you would need. Even a microwave oven was there. Metro station nearby. Nice view and pool on the roof.

We only stayed one night but everything about the hotel was excellent We were given a free upgrade from a signature room and it was amazing The breakfast choices were outstanding We didn’t get time to use the pool but had a Quick Look and it is a lovely area. The staff are very efficient

It was a memorable (give us a surprise with a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary) and extremely wonderful stay with good location near to shopping mall, Centralworld, Siam paragon and big C. What’s more the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will go back to Hyatt for our next trip to Bangkok. (21nov-24nov’2024)
