Cleanliness and spacious : have never seen a hostel that is so clean and spacious in about 18 countries I have been so far. The dorms and the beds are huge and makes one feel like they are in a hotel room. The hostel is also very big.

The staff was really kindly, good breakfast, you have free cold water all the time that is really good for the high weather of Bangkok, location is good but no the better like people says in comments, but its ok.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff! We booked the club room which came with club benefits and they were absolutely worth the money. Free resfreshments day time and after 6 pm free alcohol drinks. Pool area was nice and clean, many places in the shade also. Nice surprise was after hour at the pool. Food at the poolside was also very nice, we ordered a pizza. Club room was on the highest floor with beautiful scenery, everything in the room was spotless.
