The room and the overall facilities were all very new and always super clean. We had a wonderful room, which was spacious and which seemed newly renovated. The staff was always super helpful and friendly, the shuttle service to the BTS station also came in very handy. Rooftop pool had some great views and is perfect to cool down after a hot day

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, especially the live cooking stations for eggs, Nutella, and pancakes automaker. The orange juice was also delicious. The room was very comfortable, and the view from the 28th floor was breathtaking. The pool was a good size, and the water was a comfortable temperature. The depth of the pool was consistent throughout, at around 1.2 meters. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me plan my day. I especially appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, the facilities, and the location were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.
