The venue is gorgeous in a beautiful Japandi design style. The rooms were great.
However, the hotel manager (I think that’s her role), Ying, was the best part of the experience. She made outstanding efforts to help us get around, which wasn’t easy since we were there during the Yi Peng festival (another great experience) and just made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much

We had the pleasure of staying at Bed Chiang Kian Hotel in Chiang Mai for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the staff, especially Bright( her fantastic costumer service and Ohm(always remember our name ). Their service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, included delightful surprise of local Thai dishes. The homemade desserts were a real treat, and they even shared some with the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere.
As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel surprised us with a stunning bouquet of flowers to celebrate our honeymoon in a room with super and beautiful mountains view a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special.

Location a bit outside of the old city center of Chiang Mai approx. 20 min. walking distance in an authentic local neighbourhood with a market nearby. The staff was super nice and helpful with any reuqest we had, and the breakfast was also very good with a varied selection. Overall great value for money.
