Amazing stay, would definitely stay there again. It felt like a nice retreat, not a hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of buffet and a la carte options. Loved the tub in the balcony and enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was huge! and bathroom as well.

Location is in a quiet area, but not far away from old town. And a few mins to Night Bazaar. Besides, there is a traditional market just nearby, about 5 mins on foot.The staff is friendly. The room is spacious, with a small balcony where you can put your wet clothing to air dry.

My partner and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here.
We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.
