Absolutely stunning hotel with wonderful staff.
If you want the best hotel in Huahin, this is the place. Friendly and always helpful staff that put you in first place whatever it is. Absolutely amazing breakfast with everything you want to eat. We will definitely come back.

Service. You don't pay for luxury in this type of facility. It is nice, but luxury looks different (unless you pay for a private villa).
You pay for perfect service. Had 3 issues, all 3 addressed. No pushback like "Sorry, it is too late, will look into it tomorrow", "sorry we can't fix that".
All issues were late (10pm+), and all were addressed pretty much immediately. Staff is kind (Thai level plus plus kind).

What an amazing stay! The hotel is a small wonderful hotel with amazing and welcoming staff, great rooms and a nice beach. Our little one had food poisoning from another restaurant at the beach (really severe one, don’t drink smoothies with ice …) and the hotel helped us right away to organize the transport and appointment at the nearest hospital. Everyone was sooo kind in the hotel and our poolvilla was exceptional. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back.

The hosts Joy and Guanan made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond and waited up for us as we arrived in late and even provided us with a welcome drink. Breakfast was made with love and included a range of foods, including salad, eggs, fruit and coffee (more than enough to feed two people!). Once again lovely hosts and they even made sure we had enough water when checking out.
