The staff were always smiling, very nice and kind. Massages at the spa were divine! You can hear the sea during it and it's the best experience. Sunsets are beyond beautiful. Lym's restaurant is a separate establishment, but works very well in symbiosis. Their food is amazing and we loved the prices too! Coconut just 60 baht, and same for the beer during happy hour. Escape cafe was also wonderful with their craft coffees. We wish Long Beach Chalet a long and prosperous business and we hope to come back one day.

Happiness Hostel only opened a couple of weeks ago - yet it has everything you need and way more ! The beds are spacious, comfortable and offer full privacy, the bathrooms are clean, you have free water and snacks everyday, and a lovely cat (Fatty) who loves cuddles and will keep you company <3 The hostel is only a 5 minute walk from Long Beach (perfect for sunsets) and is surrounded by restaurants, a perfect location ! Finally, Atom - the owner - is the best host I could have ever hoped for. She owns a Café down the road and yet always makes herself available to help us as best as she can. She made my stay in Koh Lanta 10 times better ! Thank you for everything <3

Simply everything! The staff couldn’t be more attentive and friendly, making sure to go above and beyond for you. The location is top notch; close to cute little local eateries and coffee shops, but not touristy at all (like the north). It has an AMAZING view of the ocean and the beach, with a beautifully located swimming pool next to it. The food is amazing, which you rarely see in a hotel — same as the breakfast. They serve western and local Thai dishes. Even the coffee is amazing, with a professional machine and barista. The beds are super comfortable, the gardens and everything is very well maintained. There’s even a cute cat! Be sure to rent a scooter to experience the best of the island without the hassle of waiting for your ride. We cannot wait to come back to Koh Lanta, and stay here again. This resort is a must! An oasis on an already beautiful and laid back island.

We had the most wonderful stay! We loved it so much that we extended our visit by an extra night — and honestly, we could have stayed even longer. After being in Krabi, arriving in Koh Lanta felt like a breath of fresh air, and the warm, welcoming family running the place made it even more special. One morning, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Thai breakfast along with fresh fruit. They also kindly offer complimentary water and coffee throughout the day. Our room was spacious, bright, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also rented a scooter from them for three days, which made exploring the island easy and fun. A big shoutout to the girl of the family who speaks fluent English and organized everything for us. We would absolutely stay here again!
