The staff is very friendly and attentive, if you need anything they will help you, the breakfast in the morning is very good, lots of choices. We arrived at the hotel early because of a flight, but even though check in was at 2 pm, they let us in at 11 am without any problems. They also have good room service

All of the staff were amazing I have never travelled solo before and this was the perfect place to go. The staff went over and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I had a welcome letter waiting for me in my room, I had fruits and water. Oh I just love the hotel and staff and will be making this my go to hotel from now on when I visit Istanbul. From needing a transfer to take me shopping and even just getting advice from the staff was 10/10 thank you for making my stay safe and comfortable!

The hotel is pretty well located, near to metro and bus station. There is a lot of restaurantes nearby, and markets as well. The staff is so attentive and kind. Room is quite big and so clean. The breakfast is soo god, it has a variety of cheese, veggies and olives. I definitely recommended it!
