I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sapphire! The location is fantastic, with all key tourist attractions within a comfortable 10-20 minute walk. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and support. Every team member we approached engaged with us warmly, always with a big smile, making us feel very welcome.
The breakfast experience was exceptional—generous, fresh, and delicious. There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to all preferences. A special mention goes to Valid, who greeted us every morning with a cheerful smile, provided excellent menu suggestions, and ensured we had a pleasant start to our day.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Hotel Sapphire to anyone visiting the area!

Location fantastic. Right near the metro and tram. Very clean hotel new and modern. Very nice staff especially Mehmet, he was so welcoming friendly and made us feel so comfortable during our stay, always helpful and always made an effort. Make sure to introduce yourself to him as he is a fantastic worker and human!
