The hotel with a perfect Team and very good location. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The window view is spectacular!! The breakfast buffet offers eggs, bread, muesli, all that you need in the morning to enjoy the city trip. Coffee ist very tasty)

Very nice location. Close to galata tower and taksim square. Subway within 5min reach and ferry within 15min reach. Safe old town area where you can walk around and discover restauarants, stores, street life etc.
Room was big and clean, both staff and visitors are chilled and friendly. There was a drunk weird guest and staff let him out after someone reported him.

We had an incredible honeymoon at this hotel! The entire experience was unforgettable, thanks especially to Mustafa and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family and made us feel at home. Mustafa’s kindness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The reception team was always friendly, answering every question with a smile, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. The food was also exceptional—every meal was a delight! A special thanks to the bellboy, who went above and beyond on our last day to help us get a taxi to the airport despite marathon road closures. This team made our first trip to Istanbul memorable, and we’re already missing them all!

The location of the hotel is three minutes from the metro and the Galata Tower.
There is a nice terrace on the 4th floor of the hotel, from where you can see the bay.
The room is interesting, clean, warm, soft bed, warm blanket. Lots of pillows are comfortable. I really liked the new bed linen, silky and very pleasant.
Breakfast is varied, for every taste.
Many thanks to the staff for their care and attention. It was very nice to receive fruits and sweets as a gift.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location in Karaköy is super convenient. The property has been recently renovated, so everything feels fresh, clean, and modern. The staff were really nice and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations or any questions. For the price, it’s an absolute steal—excellent value for money. The pastries at breakfast were delicious and as a lovely touch, they even gave us a beautiful souvenir at the end of our stay. Would definitely come back!
