The manager and receptionist were very helpful and we are thankful for the explanations and recommendations. Its not that you see everywhere this kind of welcoming and caring attention to guests. Hotel was clean and nice, room was spacious and as shown on the pictures. We liked their apple tea and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, would stay again when in Istanbul.

Very good and nice new hotel. The staff is really excellent. (special thanks to the receptionist who arranges the early breakfast). The location is very good: not a long way from the main atractions by walking, and only 6 stations if you want to travel by tramway. ( the station of tramway is next to the hotel). There are a lot of shops and magazines around of the hotel. The cleanliness is perfect. The bed is comfy.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sorriso Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The hotel is wonderful. Very convenient location: all the main sights of Istanbul are within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly, and the room is cleaned daily. At the reception, Aras will gladly help you with anything you need. You can also order a taxi to the airport directly from the hotel.

I have been to hundreds of hotels all around the world and I can for sure say that Barin hotel deserve a four stars, not three. It was sparkling clean and beyond comfortable. Everything in the hotel was new, good quality and there were all neccessary amenities. Staff was very helpful, elegant and professional. They surprised us with two nice gifts/gestures at the checkin. Communication was smooth. Cleaning ladies were also super nice. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was in very good localization - walking distance from monuments. There is nothing bad I could say about this hotel - our stay was perfect. Thank you all
