Every thing was just perfect , nice hotel , renovation just conducted to the hotel it's so obvious, cozy room and will maintained , hotel management provided me an early check-in and late check-out which is highly appreciated, perfect housekeeping too, hotel location is central and prime location just 1 min walking to the sumtanahmet main street and 3 mins to the metro station, close by many resturants, groceries stors, laundry, and nice small bufe out side the hotel less than 20 meters walking distance .

Mr.Ali was a cooperative man helped me alot during my stay answering all my questions.
Mr.Jeehan was a professional receptionist at first day .
Mr.Hussain was offering us tea and coffee all the time for free and help my with my baggage with o lovely happy face.
My stayment was full of joy for 8 days at this wonderful hotel, diffintly I will choose the same hotel in my next visit to Istanbul.

Really friendly personell, always willing to help. Guesthouse have a really strategic placement near main historical attractions of Istanbul. The room was really comfortable with a possibility to stay privet in your bunk. Those dim light curtains are top notch.
And the roof terasse, of cource!

A fantastic accommodation, comfortable and fresh rooms, breakfast was also on top and fresh with freshly baked and cooked. Accommodation has a very good location, everything is close (Aja-Sofija, Blue Mosque, Kapali/Grand Bazaar, Mahmut Bazaar etc.). In front of the accommodation there is a tram station. From that station you can directly get to the Asian side of Istanbul and to other states very cheaply. The staff at the accommodation was always on hand. They were kind and helpful. The cleaning was daily and was on top. I want to praise the receptionist Azat who gave us lots of valuable tips and price quotes on various activities already at check-in. On our next trip to Istanbul we will definitely stay/book at that hotel
