this is the second time i stay in raddison residence vadi istanbul. I liked the location. cleanliness and the staff. breakfast was nice. location surrounding 5 minutes walk to Vadi istanbul mall. also the amount of nice coffee shops and restaurant. all close to the raddison blue apartment. the staff were very helpful.

This was the most exceptional customer service I have ever received in a hotel! I would recommend to all of my friends traveling to the Istanbul area to spend a week at Mavi At Hotel! The rooms are large and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the onsite horseback riding is great, and ALL of the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ali the Hotel Manager. Could not recommend more highly!

His attention and kindness really stood out throughout our stay. When he noticed us worrying about being late and possibly missing our concert, he took the initiative to order us a cab without hesitation. That small but thoughtful gesture made a huge difference.
