From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the kindness and attention to detail of the staff. They were the kindest people I have ever met in a hotel. Every question and request was met with a smile, making my stay especially enjoyable.
Delicious Breakfast
The breakfast was a true delight! The wide variety of dishes would satisfy even the pickiest eaters.
Excellent Location
The hotel is in a perfect spot! I was able to easily get to the best shopping malls and quickly reach the sea by taxi. It’s an ideal combination for those wanting to enjoy shopping and the sea.
Support in a Tough Time
Unfortunately, I got sick and had to change my plans. The hotel staff was incredibly responsive and kind, offering to extend my stay at a very reasonable price. I was very grateful for their support.
Comfortable Rooms
The rooms were very cozy and well-equipped. The air conditioners worked perfectly, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend the Gleam Collection Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.
