The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly, great location (multiple public transport options nearby + in walking distance to Galataport) yet it wasn't noisy. Room was comfortable. Was a great deal in my opinion, would consider choosing it again.

We have just got home after spending a week in Istanbul.
When booking I did my research and this hotel had fantastic reviews and reasonable prices.
It was in a good location a few minutes walk away from the main shopping street and Taxim square.
l contacted the hotel who arranged a taxi for us from Istanbul airport.
Upon arrival the staff couldn't have been more welcoming our room was much larger than I expected it was clean and very comfortable housekeeping was excellent tea coffee and water was replenished every day.
Breakfast was good a wide selection of all different dishes hot and cold .
Turkish tea and fresh coffee
The reception staff gave us lots of hints and tips on how to get around Istanbul by using the local transport one of them even gave us his Istanbulkart that we topped up each day to get on the trams and funicula.
We had a great time in Istanbul and would like to thank the staff in the Ayramin for their friendly and helpful service.
