The hotel staff were excellent especially Buse at reception she showed us around when we couldn’t find the thermal pools, she ordered a fruit platter free of charge for us The thermal pools were great clean etc The hotel was a huge breakfast and dinner buffet style They offer you afternoon tea for free as well you are ever hungry the most generous hotel I have stayed at Of course their market is tourists and that’s what they cater for

Best place with value for money. This is a very clean and professional place to stay in the region. I would highly recommend it. The pools are a bit smaller than other places I have been to but the positives out weigh anything else. This was my second visit and I would come again the third time without a doubt! An excellent stay! Wonderful relaxation in a bath with hot water from the spring. Since we arrived very early after a night on the bus, we were immediately checked in, although we should have been only after 13-00, and also provided a more spacious room with a wonderful view, for which special thanks!
