The room was on the 17th floor and we got a suite with two king beds and had plenty of room. We loved the location and the breakfasts were included and all so delicious. They had western breakfasts and traditional Taiwanese breakfast and both were wonderful. We loved the workout room as well. They had umbrellas for us to use each day and greeted us at the door with a smile every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was simply perfect. The room had a nice view overlooking the city. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym during our 2 nights stay especially because we couldn't go anywhere as it was raining heavily due to typhoon. Easy access to the mall was also a pleasant surprise. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food but it was rather expensive given the fact that we can't possible try everything out.

The room was very new and clean. There was an elevator and facilities for drinking water (warm or cold). The bathroom was also very clean and had warm water. Relatively close to the train station (about 1 train stop from HSR).

Cosy, spacious and clean room with the best hot tub I've ever tried. Love the mood lighting and music, as well as the variety of breakfast options delivered to our doorstep every morning. Toiletries provided were of pretty good quality, and the snacks and instant noodles from the mini bar were delicious. Really value for money, for such a great accommodation.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kao-siung. The room layout was modern, well-designed, and made excellent use of the space, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Kao-siung while still having a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.
I also appreciated the breakfast, which was varied and offered a nice selection of both local and international options. It was a great way to start the day and added a lot of value to the overall experience.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with questions, give recommendations, and ensure that everything went smoothly during my stay. Their warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return to this hotel on my next visit to Kao-siung.
