*location : hotel is next to the metro station "Sanduo Shopping District Staition", Exit 3
*room view : our room was at 25th floor, which had an exceptional view over the harbor and over the city
*staff: very attentive. we checked in earlier and left the bags at the hotel. By the time we got our room, our luggages were already in the room.
*gym: was very clean! Staff checked on it frequently
*breakfast: nice variation of western and asian food, the view is a nice bonus ;)

Great bang for the buck. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and forthcoming staff (my Chinese is not good; English on the other side was also not good ;-) - but we worked everything out!). Nice amneties available (tea, cookies, noodle soup) for the guests.

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.
