It is our first time staying in this branch and it exceeded our expectation. We are grateful for the entire staff/ team who have been nothing but friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms (both triple room and double rooms) were clean and sanitized properly. The beds were comfy and the pillows were soft but firm. Though the room was on the smaller side it was alright as they offered great amenities like a work area (where you could study/ work), there was also a lounge on the first floor next to the snack bar (with free snacks, chips, juices, coffee and tea). They also offered a free coupon per room which offered their own draft beer. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food selections. We also appreciated the free laundry area next to the lounge. Apparently there's also the option to rent a bike for free but we never got to try this as our itinerary was quite hectic.

From the moment I entered the foyer the staff were beaming with happiness and really made me feel welcomed. This was constant throughout my visit. The staff really know customer service and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, one member even managed my laundry while I was out exploring.
It wasn't only the reception staff either, the entire compliment where friendly, courteous and professional, they made my stay great.
The facilities were also great, comfy bed, interesting shower with multiple roses for different showering, and clean and bright. I'd stay again in this location or any others, because they have everything right.
