the hot springs were really a wow! the room was also very big. however I liked most was the service staff. they are very attentive.

Cosy and spacious room with in-room hotspring pool. Cleaning staff are attentive to clean and tidy room service. Better than many big brand hotels out there. Hotel is 10mins drive from the nearest train stations and they have shuttle bus services so that is quite accessible

The apartment is very spacious - and was perfectly situated for our stay in Taipei. The building is right across the road from Beitou train station. This allowed us to explore downtown Taipei as well as some of the tourist attractions to the North and Northwest within just a few train rides. Also right next to the train station is the bus stop for regular tourist buses to Yangmingshan National Park. In the neighbourhood, you will find great Taiwanese and Japanese eateries and to top things off, there is a major supermarket just downstairs from the building. The perfect location for explorers. The host, JiiaSen did an excellent job providing us with instructions and giving us far more tips for food and tourist venues than we were able to follow up on. We will definitely be back.

Exceptional hotel with great personal hotspring / onsen facilities in the room. Building has an old-school grandeur. Service quality was delightful. No breakfast provided, but the reception can arrange a breakfast delivery for you (and they'll ring your room to let you know when it's ready to collect). I can give a wholehearted 10/10

The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed having our own onsen in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great and had a selection of Western and Asian foods.

The service was excellent! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was old but well maintained. There might be some noise as it was an old building but we didn’t really get bothered during the night. It was some distance from the metro station but they offered shuttle service. The driver still gave us a ride at early morning while it was not supposed to be the shuttle service timing.

Everything was perfect. The real thermal water tap in the bathroom was absolutely insane and I am writing this from Budapest, which is called the Spa capital of the world. After those long and tiresome sightseeing days it was like returning to heaven, every single evening, and soak it off in that amazing, healing water. For us Europeans, the breakfast was excellent. We had a chance to try many of Taiwanese specialties there, and some items were way much better than on most of those terribly over-hyped night markets.
