The bed/capsule was spacious! The width of the capsule space was around 5ft 3in (i measured with my arm span). Bed was firm, but not hard (this is coming from someone who cannot sleep on hard beds). The pillow and blanket were comfy. Each bed has double shelves along the side of the bed. The staff was really kind and friendly. You also get coupons for their cafe on the first floor. Close to teipei main station (about 10min walk to the boarding gates).
