The hostel location is really accessible. It’s nearby the train station, night markets and stores. And there’s a bar downstairs if you want to have a drink. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Yaya and Alice. They helped me with directions if I want to go somewhere I’m not familiar with. Also, the place is very clean including the bathrooms. Facilities were complete— toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, make up remover, sunblock, etc.) laundry and drying area, wifi on each floors and hair straightener and dryers are available. They also gave me a free cake when they found out from my passport that it was my birthday 🥰

The room condition, the staff, the location and everything was extremely satisfactory! It's conveniently located where you can walk from Zhongshan metro station within 10 minutes and Taipei Main Station in 15 minutes. The staff was super kindhearted which made my stay here even better! The room was huge and equipped with all necessary/extra things including a washing machine and a heater in the shower.

The room was very well designed, it was very quiet, and there was plenty of space. There were very nice touches throughout the room that made it very comfortable.
The staff were accommodating of our late check-in and helped us arrange a room for our arrival.
They also provided complementary water and snacks throughout our stay, which were very much needed as we walked around the city.
It's also right next to a subway entrance, so getting around the city was rather easy.
There are some great food options nearby as well.
Would 100% stay again if we're in Taipei!

I like how the hotel staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Paul who instantly gave me recommendations on where to go for places to eat the moment I got to the hotel. They clean the room daily. I was also given a box of Japanese pancake during the New Year, which was thoughtful. The most noteworthy thing they did for me was when they made sure I got on to a taxi to the Airport MRT because I had a really early flight back to Manila. Paul went to the hotel really early just to assist me with my luggage and the taxi.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Great location. Very close to main station, where trains from TPE airport come to. Staff is very polite. Very stylish hotel. Good, well equipped rooms, pretty new. One day my room was cleaned twice:) Good Wi-Fi. Very good and various breakfast. Several restaurants and bars in the hotel. Also lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation of the accommodation and the location. The consistency in their service was exceptional and I really enjoyed their buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it especially if you're planning to see tourist spots. All are within relatively comfortable distances.
