Amazing Hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and everything working well. The bathroom was charming and also spacious. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, very attentive to details. My room was nicely prepared for me before my arrival and even the temperature was perfect. Location is very convenient, close to metro station, stores, restaurants etc. Drinks and snacks are provided for free at the reception area which is a plus. Couldn't be happier and don't need to think where to stay when visiting Taipei again. Thank you so much!

The location is really good as it is closed to MRT Ximen Station and Ximen Ding. The room is large and comfortable. The view is really good as my room can view the crossroads. It is also easy to reach Presidential Office Building or even Taipei Station. The Staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean. The toilet is electronic one, just the same as those in Japan. There is an AI assistant that you can control the lights in the room by speaking to AI assistant.

We spent only one night at the hotel and left very early the next morning, so unfortunately we couldn’t try out the fabulous breakfast. But the staff was so nice that they prepared a big pack of take away breakfast for our family so that we can have something to eat on the train. They were absolutely lovely and helpful with us. We also could leave our luggage there before the checking time. After checking in, we got a detailed presentation about the eating possibilities too.

Absolutely amazing staff that go the extra mile. We were travelling around Taiwan and the staff kindly kept our suitcase for over a week (with all of our winter gear from home) so we wouldn't have to take it with us. We only stayed there one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Room was very small, but comfy and clean. It was fine though as they have a huge social area with lots of separate seating areas and free snacks (noodles, chips and drinks etc) so the room is only really needed for sleeping. Excellent, cool looking hotel with awesome staff.

The hotel is very well located just 8 to 10 min walk from Taipei Central Station. The modern rooms are small but very functional, clean and offer nice views over the city as your bed is literally hugging the window. The staff at the Citizen M Taipei are top notch! Friendly and outgoing they make you feel right away welcome and at home. Kim and Jeanne at the reception went out of their way to help out with advice for day trips that I otherwise most likely would not have undertaken. Manager Emma is running a tight ship which pays off! A great stay when in Taipei!
