I loved the laundry options that can be used by using your room key versus worrying about having to carry coins or get change. The kitchenette was a nice touch since we stayed for 6 days. Also, got to take advantage of the happy hour daily from 7-9PM.

This hotel is completely gorgeous, the design of room is so thoughtful with beautiful mid century style wood accents, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a fancy heated toilet, and delightful L’Occitane toiletries. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the cultural park and Taipei 101. Having all the great shops and the AMAZING bookstore inside the building was also so fun! And breakfast was absolutely incredible both days, from the scallop and abalone congee to the perfect smoked salmon and everything in between.

Summer who helped us was incredible!!! She told us where to go, helped us store our luggage early, set up a taxi for 8 to the airport. She was so so helpful! We also loved the location, right next to everything. Fantastic.

The room was very clean. The staffs were nice and friendly. The location is just across the Taipei 101 and has a nice view. Me and my partner were very satisfied during our 2 nights stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

Fave part was the heated jacuzzi with jets, but overall the space was huge, the bed was comfy bathrooms were exceptional and the air conditioning/ heating units were very good

The hotel is good location for travel in taipei, not much tourist, staff very nice, this is 2nd time that i booked here but it better if the breakfast is at hotel same my 1st time bcz now they change the breakfast way, guests have to go to eat at Louisa coffees they have only 5 menu ,for stay 4 nights breakfast is so boring
